SmartCenter and SmartWheel are introducing new driver controls with touchscreen technology.

SmartWheel features two small touchscreens embedded into Jesko's steering wheel, providing users with a suite of features accessible with just a touch or a swipe. The screens' default configurations enable functions such as audio control, phone control, ride height control, and cruise control. SmartWheel's screens feature haptic feedback, with ease of use without requiring a constant visual connection.

The new racing-inspired and compact 5.0-inch (108 mm x 64.8 mm) SmartCluster instrument screen is also featured. It is mounted directly behind the steering wheel, turning as the steering wheel turns, and contains all the information a driver needs in a neat, logical layout.

Light Speed Transmission

The Koenigsegg Light Speed Transmission (LST) represents a scale of evolution not seen since the development of modern dual-clutch technology at the turn of the century.

LST consists of nine forward gears and seven wet, multi-disc clutches in one compact, ultra-light package. The LST is capable of upward and downward gear changes at nearly light speed, thanks to the simultaneous opening and closing of clutches that allow for totally seamless acceleration and deceleration.

The fact that LST gear changes can occur in virtually zero time between adjacent gears is impressive.

What takes LST from impressive to evolutionary, however, is that these shift-time benefits apply when changing between any forward gears.
